Admission Arrangements for Nursery Classes (K1)and transfer students in the School year of 2024/25
Age of enrollment:
Children were born on or before 31st December, 2021
Registration Date:
From 1st September 2023
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm (closed on Sundays and public holidays)

Please submit the application form and the following documents in person (Submission of application form by post will not be processed):
- Birth certificate of child or copy of the Personal Proof of the Right of Abode in Hong Kong (such as HKSAR Document of Identity for Visa Purposes / HKSAR Re-entry Permit, etc.)
- One recent photo (Pasted on the registration form)
- Four reply envelopes (Please fill in the mailing address on the envelopes and paste the $2.20 stamps on each envelope)
Application fee: $40.00
Date of interview:
1st interview : 3th November 2023 (Friday).
2st interview: Exact time will be notified by call or mail (register on or after Nov 3th) .
Interview scoring system:
- Brothers/Sisters are currently studying in our school (10 points)
- Brothers/Sisters graduated in our school (5 points)
- Parents graduated in our school (5 points)
- Same religion (5 points). Submission of the Baptism Certificate is required.
Means of interview: Children will be accompanied with parents. Teachers observed the children’s language and cognitive abilities by interactive games from their simple response.
Remarks : Full-Time (Families in need will be given priority)
Interview
Our school will arrange interviews for all applicants .During the interview, one of the parents must accompany your child. Interview focus on getting along with peers, expressive lanuage skills and comprehensive language skills.
When interviewing Non- Chinese Speaking children, we can arrange interpretation and / or translation service for the applicants when necessary, or you may be accompanied by a Chinese- speaking relative or friend.(If necessary, please call 2361 8246 or email kck@hkcccc.org)
Result of interview:
The results will be notified by mail and Email mid- December.
Information provided by applicants is used for admission application of our kindergarten only.Documents submitted with the application will not be returned regardless of the applicant’s admission status.Parents are kindly reminded to pay attention to the interview appointment,please bring the interview notification along with the child to the interview.Parents will be informed of the admission result by post only.Application form and all the submitted documents are only used for admission selection, application form of unsuccessful applicants together with their submitted documents will be destroyed in September of next year.
Centralized Registration Dates of newly-admitted students:
- 4th January 2024 (Thursday) : 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- 5th January 2024 (Friday) : 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- 6th January 2024 (Saturday) : 9:00 am – 12:30 pm1.
1.Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from (“Centralised Registration Dates”) by submitting the original of the “2023/24 RC” to the kindergarten and paying the registration fee
2.Applicants on the waiting list: Kindergarten will notify parents through letter. Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents are required to submit the original of the “2024/25 RC” to the kindergarten and pay the registration fee.
(Please register in person. Parents are reminded to bring the original copy of the 2024/25Registration Certificate of the students and the offer letter issued by our school.
Registration fee:
The registration fee for Half Day Class is $970.00
The registration fee for Whole Day Class is $1,570.00
All students enrolled in our school will have to pay the registration fee and refund it to the parents of the student within one months of admission by cheque.
Statement of withdrawal: If the parents take back the 2024/25 Registration Certificate, our school will not retain an enrollment for the children. The registration fee will not be refunded once it has been paid.The registration fee of 2024/25K1 place for full day service is HK$1,570. If the child concerned studies in the KG, the registration fee paid will be refunded in 9/2024. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the kindergarten by letter. The kindergarten will return the “2024/25 RC” but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “2024/25 RC”, the kindergarten will no longer keep the school place for the child.

The teacher-student ratio of morning classes and the whole day classes are 1:8 and 1:10 respectively.

Half day for K1, K 2 & K3 classes: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Whole day for K1 Classes: 9:00 am – 4:15 pm
Whole day for K2 & K3 Classes: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
