Application Age

Children born on or before December 31, 2021

Application Period

Starts on September 1, 2023
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Closed on Sundays and public holidays)

How to Obtain an Application Form

In-person at our school, download the form from our school’s website, or fill out the application form online

Submitting the Form

Submit the application form in person and provide the following documents (applications sent by mail will not be processed) :

  1. Child’s birth certificate or a copy of Hong Kong residency proof (e.g., Document of Identity for Visa Purposes / re-entry permit)
  2. One recent photo (to be affixed at the photo position of the enrollment form)
  3. Four self-addressed envelopes (please write your mailing address on each envelope and affix a $2.20 stamp to each)

Application Fee: $40.00

  1. Please prepare the following documents in JPG format for online registration, with each file ideally ranging from 100KB to 8MB:
    ．The most recent passport-sized photo of the child applying for admission
    ．The child’s birth certificate
    ．For non-Hong Kong born children, please attach the passport-stamped visa/entry permit issued by the Immigration Department
  2. After completing the registration form, parents can preview and modify the registration data. Once you click “Submit,” the application information will be saved in our school’s database, and the filled-in data cannot be changed.
  3. After submitting the online registration form, if you wish to review or modify any information, please make a note of the application number, the child’s name, and the specific details to be changed, and contact the school at 2361 8246 for assistance.
Interview Dates

First round of interviews: November 3 and November 4, 2023 (Friday and Saturday)

Second round of interviews: For children enrolled on or after November 2, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange another date.

Admission Criteria

[Part A]

  1. Sibling currently enrolled in our school
  2. Sibling who is a graduate of our school
  3. Parents who are graduates of our school
  4. Same religious faith as our school

[Part B]

  1. Politeness and etiquette
  2. Social skills
  3. Language expression ability
  4. Language comprehension ability
  5. Fine and gross motor coordination ability

Remarks: Full-day classes – (Priority will be given to families with specific needs)

Due to limited enrollment capacity, admission is not on a first-come, first-served basis, and the performance during the interview will be the basis for admission.

Interview Format

Our school will arrange interviews for all applicants’ children, accompanied by parents. Teachers will observe language, cognitive abilities, and more through interaction games, conversations with the children, and simple interactions.

For non-Chinese-speaking children, we can arrange translation services for applicants and accept parents and children accompanied by a friend who understands Chinese. (If needed, please call 2361 8246 or email kck@hkcccc.org)

New Student Unified Enrollment Date

Thursday, January 4, 2024: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Friday, January 5, 2024: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, January 6, 2024: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 noon

  1. Regular students: Parents should come to our kindergarten for registration on (“Uniform Registration Date”) and submit the original copy of “2024/25 Registration Card” and pay the registration fee.
  2. Waiting list students: The kindergarten will notify parents by letter and ask them to come to the kindergarten on the specified date to complete the registration procedures and submit the original “2024/25 Registration Card” and pay the registration fee.
Interview Result

Notification of the result of the admission will be given by mid-December 2023 by post and email.

Registration Fee

Morning class registration fee: $970.00

Full-day class registration fee: $1,570.00

For students admitted to our school, the paid registration fee will be refunded to parents in the form of a check within one month after admission.

If parents decide to transfer their child to another school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The school will return the registration certificate, but the registration fee will not be refunded. After retrieving the registration certificate, the school will no longer reserve a spot for the child.

Transportation: Take the MTR to Cheung Sha Wan Station Exit A1 and several bus lines directly to the school.

Class Organization:

The school has Nursery Class (K1), Lower Class (K2), and Upper Class (K3).

The teacher-to-student ratio is 1:8 for morning classes and 1:10 for full-day classes.

Admission Age: Two years and eight months
