The Joys of Farming
Through the “Little Green Farmer” program, young children learn about organic farming firsthand, experiencing the joys of farming—such as weeding, loosening the soil, sowing seeds, watering, and harvesting crops. In doing so, they come to understand that harvesting crops is no easy task and depends on both the natural environment and the hard work of farmers, thereby fostering perseverance and an attitude of appreciation for food.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Fun Workshop
Learn about the “Bai Zi” cabinet used for storing herbal medicines, discover how Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners use the “four diagnostic methods”—observation, smell, inquiry, and palpation—to take a patient’s pulse and diagnose their condition, familiarize yourself with common Chinese herbal medicines, and make scented pouches.
The Three Little Pigs: A Musical Storytelling Adventure
The Story Band has been invited to our school to bring the tale of “The Three Little Pigs” to life! Through a storyteller’s lively narration and the enchanting sounds of both Chinese and Western instruments, preschoolers will enjoy an immersive story experience. Afterward, children will get hands-on experience in small groups to explore and try playing various instruments, including the guzheng, violin, and bass clarinet.

Through the dim sum culture experience activities, young children will discover various types of Chinese tea and explore a wide selection of dim sum.

Our campus will transform into a vibrant festive market! Parents and children are invited to explore the Lunar New Year Fair together. Through hands-on experiences, young children will develop basic shopping skills and practice proper social etiquette. Through the Mid-Autumn Festival Gala, children gather on campus with their parents to participate in different traditional activities and experience making various foods.
Parent-Child Silk Round Fan Workshop
Through the Parent-Child Silk Round Fan Workshop, children gather on campus with their parents to stretch softened silkworm cocoons into a web, wrap them repeatedly around a fan frame, and decorate them.
“Zongzi” Making for Dragon Boat Festival: Parent-Child Workshop
In celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival, the school is organizing a parent-child workshop on making traditional rice dumplings. Under the guidance of teachers, parents and children will work together to fold bamboo leaves, fill them with glutinous rice, and wrap them with string. Through this hands-on participation, children can develop their fine motor skills and small muscle growth, while deepening their understanding of traditional Chinese culinary culture. Furthermore, by collaborating with their parents, children learn to cherish food and take this opportunity to express gratitude to their families, achieving the meaningful goals of home-school cooperation and moral education.
Chrysalis Observation and Silkworm Rearing Activity
Through the observation of live caterpillars, chrysalises, and butterfly specimens, children learn about the life habits of butterflies, understand their relationship with the living environment, and enhance their knowledge of conservation and their attitude toward protecting the environment.
Discovering the “Freshwater Dragon” and Making Microalgae Feed
Through stories and games, including “Saving Mr. Qu Yuan” and the “Dragon Boat Race,” children gather on campus to learn about the origins and customs of the Dragon Boat Festival. They observe and explore the “Freshwater Dragon” (Reedfish), make specialized microalgae feed, and use fishing rods to feed the fish and observe their life habits.
