活動簡介

在設計活動期間,老師發現幼兒對中國的上茶樓文化表現興趣。

經老師與幼兒商討後,決定一同研習「中國的飲食文化 – 大茶樓」探索點心的用料及如何製作、茶樓裏的人、事、物……等。

最後,幼兒把學校大堂佈置成茶樓,擺放中式餐具、茶具、製作各類點心模型、點心紙、點心車等。

幼兒亦按自己的喜好,與同伴商討想扮演的角色,如經理、侍應、點心師傅、收銀員和客人等,進行模擬上茶樓的遊戲,想像自己置身於茶樓飲茶,品嚐點心美食的情境。

在整個活動過程中,幼兒體驗了中國人的飲茶文化,探索點心的製作方法,認識各類點心食物、茶樓裏的人物、中式餐具、學習飲茶時的餐桌禮儀,同時亦學懂運用禮貌語招待客人,藉此深化他們對中國飲食文化的認識。
